U.S. - Montenegro Business Council introduces a Montenegrin delegation to Maryland's Secretary of State John McDonough and Governor Martin O’Malley. Governor O’Malley invited companies from the State of Maryland to establish tighter cooperation with Montenegro as well as companies from Montenegro should feel welcome to reach accros pond to their friends in Maryland.
